HELP WANTED! WORK WITH THE YOUTH!

Sunday School Teacher:
Position available for both 6th and 7th graders and confirmation. Requirements are a love for young people and interest in exploring your own faith. Position begins August 23 and is only one hour per week through the end of May. Please contact Erin DuChanois if you are interested. (610-9274).

Friday Night Live: A new program for our
middle school youth begins in August.
Requirements are energy, passion for
serving others’ in the community, desire to
play, laugh and worship. Position begins
in August and will be for 4 hours one Friday night a month. Please contact Chris
Bacca if interested (233-2177).

New Sr. High Monthly Small group for
Service: We are looking for a few adults
who want to push themselves and young
people in knowing how to change the
world, getting their hands dirty and sharing
their personal story. Requirements are
a desire to listen to others stories, interest
in lives of young people and a heart for
mission. Position will begin in August with
weekly meetings and then move to a
monthly dinner group and one day a
month in service. Please contact Kristin

Summer Sunday School at Riverside
June 7 – August16
 

June 7 – Aug. 16- Intergenerational Sunday
Come to Bittinger Hall each week for a light breakfast and lots of fun. We will hear a Bible story, sing, make crafts and have a wonderful time. There will be activities and conversation for all ages. Join us if you have children or come by yourself. Adults, youth and children will all find good things to do and friends to be with you every Sunday this summer!

LUNCH & LEARN JULY 10
The Clara White Mission is training folks for food preparation and service by providing gourmet lunches at St. John’s Cathedral downtown.
Following lunch we will tour St. John’s leaving RPC at 10:00 a.m. Cost of this trip is $10. Please call

Being A Good Neighbor
As you know, during regular business hours, parking in the Riverside area can sometimes be a little difficult for everyone. Our business neighbors have asked that we try and make sure that people attending church and/or school activities during these hours not use the private business parking lot next to Gina’s Deli on Post St. This parking lot is really needed for their patrons. Fall Sunday School
We are currently recruiting for our fall Sunday School classes. If you love God and love children, we have a spot for you. All classes have teams
of adults to allow some flexibility for our adults and consistency for our children. We have great curriculum and good teacher training. We pair up
experienced teachers with new teachers. Call Sophie if you are interested in helping.
